1. Organization Information
The Raise a Glass, Raise a House Bourbon Raffle is conducted exclusively by Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc., an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Henderson, Kentucky.

2. Prize Packages & Tax Information
Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. Information provided on this website and within these rules is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Participants should consult their own tax, legal, and accounting professionals regarding any questions relating to raffle participation or prize acceptance.
Amounts paid for raffle tickets are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.
By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants agree to be bound by all official raffle rules and regulations.
Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any federal, state, or local tax obligations incurred by prize winners.
3. Publicity & Release
By participating in this raffle, participants agree that their name, city, state, photograph, likeness, and prize information may be used by Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
Winner information may be published through:
- Newspapers
- Television
- Radio
- Websites
- Social media platforms
- Print publications
- Other media outlets
Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc.’s interpretation and enforcement of these rules shall be final.
4. Ticket Sales
- Tickets are $100 each.
- Only 20,000 tickets will be sold.
- Ticket sales begin July 1, 2026.
- Ticket sales end September 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST or when all 20,000 tickets have been sold.
If at least 2,500 tickets are sold, all 55 prize packages will be awarded.
Any ticket purchases received after ticket sales have closed will be refunded.
Ticket Purchases
Raffle tickets are $100.00 USD each and may be purchased ONLY through the official raffle website:
https://www.hendersonkyraffle.org
The ticket purchase option will be available on the main page of the website, as well as other locations throughout the website.
Ticket sales and payment processing for this raffle are administered by Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. through Zeffy, a third-party fundraising platform designed specifically for nonprofit organizations. Zeffy allows nonprofits to accept online payments without traditional credit card processing fees.
During the checkout process, Zeffy may request an optional contribution to support its platform and services. Any contribution made to Zeffy is completely voluntary and does not benefit Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. Each raffle ticket costs $100.00 USD only.
Participants are under no obligation to contribute to Zeffy and may simply change the suggested contribution amount to $0.00 before completing their purchase if they choose.
Eligible participants may purchase as many raffle tickets as they wish, subject to ticket availability, until all 20,000 tickets have been sold. While the ticketing platform may limit the number of tickets that can be purchased within a single transaction, there is no limit on the total number of tickets an eligible participant may purchase, provided tickets remain available.
Each raffle ticket purchased will be assigned its own unique ticket number and entered individually into the drawing.
5. Non-Eligible States
Residents of the following states are not eligible to win prizes:
- West Virginia
- New Jersey
Although the online system may allow purchases from these states, any tickets purchased by individuals presenting identification from these states will be voided and excluded from the drawing.
Participants will receive warnings during the checkout process regarding these restrictions.
No refunds will be issued for purchases made in violation of these eligibility requirements.
6. Drawing Procedures
The official drawing will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 6:00 PM CST at Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc.
The drawing will be conducted using a physical hopper containing all eligible entries and will be streamed live on our official Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Ky, Inc. Facebook page.
Winning tickets will be drawn at random by a Habitat employee or approved representative.
Drawing Procedures
Each raffle ticket purchased represents one separate and equal chance to win a prize package.
Once a ticket has been drawn and assigned to a prize package, that ticket will be permanently removed from the drawing and will not be returned to the hopper for any additional chances to win.
The official drawing will be conducted using a physical hopper containing all eligible raffle tickets.
The first ten tickets drawn will correspond to the following prize packages:
- 1st ticket drawn – Grand Prize Package
- 2nd ticket drawn – Second Prize Package
- 3rd ticket drawn – Third Prize Package
- 4th ticket drawn – Fourth Prize Package
- 5th ticket drawn – Fifth Prize Package
- 6th ticket drawn – Sixth Prize Package
- 7th ticket drawn – Seventh Prize Package
- 8th ticket drawn – Eighth Prize Package
- 9th ticket drawn – Ninth Prize Package
- 10th ticket drawn – Tenth Prize Package
As each of the first ten tickets are drawn, they will be placed into separate, individual clear containers and held until the conclusion of the drawing process. The identity of these winners will not be immediately revealed.
Following the placement of the first ten tickets into their respective containers, the remaining prize winners will be drawn and announced immediately in sequential order from the Eleventh Prize Package through the Fifty-Fifth Prize Package.
After the final winning ticket has been drawn, assigned, and announced, the winners of the first ten prize packages will be revealed in reverse order.
The drawing officials will remove and announce the winning tickets in the following order:
- Tenth Prize Package
- Ninth Prize Package
- Eighth Prize Package
- Seventh Prize Package
- Sixth Prize Package
- Fifth Prize Package
- Fourth Prize Package
- Third Prize Package
- Second Prize Package
- Grand Prize Package
The Grand Prize winner will be the final winner revealed during the live drawing event.
Winner need not be present or watching the live stream to win.
All winners will be contacted within 24hrs after the drawing concludes.
7. Eligibility Requirements
This raffle is void where prohibited by law.
Participants must:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of purchase.
- Be legally eligible to possess alcoholic beverages in their jurisdiction.
- Purchase tickets in their own name.
Tickets may not be purchased by or on behalf of:
- Corporations
- Partnerships
- Trusts
- Other legal entities
Board members, employees, and immediate family members residing in the same household as a Habitat for Humanity of Henderson Kentucky, Inc. employee are not eligible to participate.
If alcohol delivery or acceptance of alcohol as a raffle prize is prohibited in a winner’s jurisdiction, the winner must claim their prize in Henderson, Kentucky.
8. Prize Values
All prize package values listed on this website represent estimated fair market values and also include the potential $500 travel voucher available to winners that reside 150 or more miles from Henderson, Kentucky that come to claim their prize(s).
All prize packages are non-transferable.
No prize substitutions are permitted except at the sole discretion of Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. All prizes are non-transferable.
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any expenses associated with claiming or possessing a prize package. Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
9. Refund Policy
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
Refunds will only be issued if:
- Payment is received after all 20,000 tickets have been sold.
- Payment is received after the official sales deadline.
- A verified system error results in duplicate ticket issuance.
No other refunds will be granted.
Refunds, Eligibility, and Limitations of Liability
Refunds will only be issued if a ticket purchase cannot be processed or entered into the drawing due to circumstances solely attributable to Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. No other refunds are available.
*Residents of West Virginia and New Jersey are not eligible to participate in this raffle. Any ticket purchased by an individual presenting identification issued by either of these states will be deemed ineligible, voided, and excluded from the drawing.
Participants are notified of this restriction during the ticket purchase process.
*NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR TICKETS PURCHASED BY INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE INELIGIBLE UNDER THIS RULE.
Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, illegible, or undelivered entries, communications, payments, mail, email messages, or electronic transmissions, nor for any failure of a participant to receive a receipt, confirmation, or other communication prior to any raffle deadline.
A participant’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim arising out of participation in this raffle shall be limited to the return of the purchase price paid for the applicable raffle ticket(s), if any remedy is determined to be appropriate under applicable law.
10. Prize(s) Claim, Pickup & Delivery
Winners will be contacted buy a representative of Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky Inc. within 24 hours, of the conclusion of the drawing, by telephone and email.
We will then also post all 55 winners’ first name initial, last name, and his or her associated winning ticket number(s) on the www.hendersonkyraffle.org website and our main affiliate website, www.hendersonhabitat.org.
Valid government-issued identification matching the information used during ticket purchase will be required before any prize package can be claimed. If a winner lives inside 150 miles of Henderson, Kentucky (per Google Maps), then it is the winner’s responsibility to come claim their respective prize(s).
Eligible winners residing equal to or more than 150 miles from Henderson, Kentucky (per Google Maps) may choose either:
Option 1: Pick Up in Henderson
Receive a $500 travel voucher toward travel expenses.
Option 2: Personal Hand-Delivery
Where legally permitted, a Habitat representative may personally deliver the prize package to an approved location within the 48 contiguous United States.
Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. does not ship alcohol.
All prize packages must be claimed by November 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST.
11. Liability Release
By participating in this raffle, participants release and hold harmless Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance, possession, transportation, or use of any prize package.
12. Reservation of Rights
Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. reserves the right to:
- Extend ticket sales.
- Extend drawing dates.
- Modify prize drawing deadlines.
- Add additional prizes.
- Cancel the raffle if necessary.
- Interpret and enforce all official rules.
All decisions made by Habitat for Humanity of Henderson, Kentucky, Inc. shall be final.
